At Linsoul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship to Linsoul
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
